Our beef is grassfed. These animals roam organic pastures in small, manageable numbers to ensure low impact on the land while also keeping the risk of disease low. This allows us to farm in a cleaner, more sustainable fashion without leaning on prophylactic antibiotic regimens.

DESCRIPTION
We've taken a couple of years to hone our pig raising methods. They are allowed to range and rut certain areas to dine on grass, hickory nuts, garden waste, pumpkins, squash, zucchini, apples, pears and grass! Our butchers always comment on the leanness of our hogs and customers seem to marvel at the flavor. Ever had pork belly, or an uncured ham roast?

DESCRIPTION
These little plants are harvested 10 days after the seeds are spread out over a burlap mat. Microgreens are packed with higher concentrations of nutrients and cancer-fighting properties.
